Mind Matters Mental Health Training

Here at Mind Matters, we want to make a positive difference to you, whether that’s helping you to manage your own mental health and well-being, or to support someone else.

We want to encourage you to think, talk about, and understand mental health so that you can achieve, enjoy, and manage a healthy life.

Mind Matters brings you the latest news in mental health services, changes, improvements, and an opportunity to have a voice. We offer training in mental health, including the award winning suite of Mental Health First Aid courses, licensed by Mental Health First Aid England CIC. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge, skills, and ‘lived experience’ in mental health that they want to share with others to improve lives.

Hear from our Founder and Director Jane McNeice and how Mind Matters came in to being Robert’s Story

Jane has her own ‘lived experience’ of mental illness and late diagnosis Autism (at age 45), and speaks regularly at events to raise awareness of non-stereotypical Autism and the all too common links with mental illness. Jane has authored her lived experience story in the form of her debut book ‘The Umbrella Picker’ and her author website can be accessed here.
