My name is Sarah Wray and my passion is mental and emotional well-being; to help people – whether individuals or within schools and organisations – to look after their own mental health and well-being; to thrive not just survive!
My own journey began in 2014 when I started to explore ways to look after my own mental health and well-being and that of my families. Becoming more aware of the importance of mental health and proactively looking after ourselves has made a huge impact to our lives.
Every one of us sees our mental health and well-being fluctuate, from times when it is flourishing to times when we may experience mental ill health. We cannot always avoid mental ill health, but we can be better prepared to recognise it and understand how we look after ourselves and build our positive support.
I passionately believe that the more we can talk and educate ourselves about mental health, the more we will reduce the stigma and make a difference to all our lives.
